Ocean Wave Latte Cup
This hand-brushed stoneware latte cup features a soft matte white with blue accents. It was hand-thrown, glazed, and fired at 1230ºC.
Inspired by the rugged landscapes of the Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors, it was handcrafted locally in Harrogate. The design brings together my Japanese heritage and the natural textures of the countryside.
The hand-applied wave patterns reflect the gentle flow of the ocean, with subtle curves and lines that add a sense of movement and quiet elegance to the cup.
As each piece is handmade, no two cups are ever quite the same, making each one uniquely its own.
