This decorative bowl is built from layers of stoneware and porcelain using the Nerikomi technique, where coloured clays are stacked and revealed through the process. The form is deliberately organic and tactile, shaped to feel intuitive in the hand and grounded in natural movement rather than symmetry. Subtle transitions between stoneware and porcelain layers create a softened, geological quality — resembling sediment, water meeting earth, or distant horizons seen from far above.
