Matte White Tall Neck Vase
A tall-neck ceramic vase in a soft matte white glaze on toasted stoneware clay. Hand-thrown and fired at 1230ºC, its slender form offers a quiet presence — simple, balanced, and grounding.
Inspired by the rugged landscapes of the Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors, it was handcrafted in Harrogate. Each piece reflects a blend of my Japanese heritage and the natural textures of the countryside, brought together through form and surface.
The calm, neutral tone of the glaze allows the vase to sit comfortably in a range of interiors, whether minimal, organic, or more eclectic in style.
As with all handmade ceramics, no two pieces are exactly alike.
