Freckled White Plate
A stoneware ceramic plate in freckled white. It was hand thrown and fired at 1250ºc.
Each piece is one of a kind as it is finished with an abstract matt slip.
Taking inspiration from the rough and wild landscape in the Yorkshire Dales, it was handcrafted locally in Harrogate. Each piece intertwines my Japanese heritage and countryside surroundings to create patterns and glazes which mimic organic textures.
• Approx size: D 17.5cm H 2.5cm

• Food safe glazes
• Dishwasher, microwave safe, although a hand wash is recommended for longevity
• Avoid extreme changes in temperature, as it could cause your ceramic to crack
